Moving towards “ Increased Employability”
TATA Technologies Limited (TTL) and Vidarbha Defence Industrial Hub Pvt. Ltd. ( VDIH).
Led industrial association consortium will facilitate development of Aerospace and Defence Sector by setting up “Centre of excellence UDAN” to impart and increase the skill sets required to bridge the skill gap and enhance employability prospects of candidates from socially & economically disadvantaged strata of society in these sectors.
The Govt. of Maharashtra will facilitate to obtain necessary permission / registration / approvals / clearance etc. from the concerned departments of the state for the above as per prevailing policies / rules and regulations of the Govt. of Maharashtra.
The Project is a NOT FOR PROFIT Joint initiative by TATA Technologies ,VDIH and various Industrial Associations around Nagpur .
Hands‐on training
Training will be centered around the application of concepts learned in the lecture through hands‐on practical's. VDIH will provide graphics workstation for each student so that one can individually work with the software at their own pace.

All of VDIH instructors will undergo rigorous training program to expand technical product knowledge before delivering to the students To impart high‐quality “Sahastrarashmi "lecture students high training they will keep their skills up‐to‐date through ongoing professional development.
UDAN -SKILL DEVELOPMENT
OUR MISSION:
Establish high end research center on aerospace, Defence, to cater to high end skill job requirement.
Establish scale to train 50,000 students over 4 years .
Improve self-esteem of the persons with no skills.
Develop and impart vocational, employment oriented certification course on sustainable basis.
Generate employment and deploy on national priority missions.
UDAN Will Deliver
Training to impart skills to all categories from dropouts, ITI’s Poly & B Tech Graduates.
